Tulsa SPCA is in urgent need of folks willing to adopt or foster available dogs and cats in our shelter! We are proud to partner with Washington County SPCA in response to recent severe weather damage. By freeing up our shelter space, this gives us the ability to take existing dogs and cats from their facility in order assist them in taking in more displaced animals in their community.
